👉 Go to the Dapp → Scan to Earn → Select proof type → Upload → Submit

❓ How do I Mint PID & Vouchers?

👉 Go to the Dapp → Mint a PID → Search your favourite number/name → See if it’s available → Go to Mint

❓ Why wasn’t my payment receipt recognized successfully?

👉 Please make sure the uploaded receipt image is clear, complete, and contains valid information. If multiple attempts fail, it may be due to high submission frequency causing a temporary restriction. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.

❓ Why is my KYC verification failing?

👉 Currently, the mobile version only supports Kiwi for KYC verification. For a smoother and more stable experience, please log in via the desktop version to complete your verification.

❓ Why can’t I log in?

👉 Please check if you have a VPN enabled — some VPN connections may cause login issues. If you still can’t log in after disabling your VPN, report your issue in the TG community Report channel, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

❓ Why did my points get recalculated?

👉 When you switch blockchain networks, your account points will be recalculated. To keep your points unified, go to the bottom of the Settings page and click “Add Address” — link your Web3 wallet address or bind your email, Apple, or Google account to the same PID. Your points will sync automatically.

❓ Why aren’t my points updating immediately?

👉 Due to high system traffic, there might be a slight delay in points calculation and display. Rest assured, all valid data and earned points are securely recorded and won’t be lost.

👉 Points can be redeemed for credit scoring, priority access to financial services, governance votes, partner ecosystem benefits, and more
